As a developer on the ASP.net team I primarily work on these features:

• Data source controls and parameters
• Designer framework
• Web resources
• Localization
• Expression builders
• A few core runtime components such as ControlBuilder

In my spare time I build sites to help developers around the world build better controls. If you've been to a ASP.net Dev Lab at Microsoft about data sources or building controls, there's a good chance you've seen me present some talks on the subject.
